I personally would love to be pregnant myself. As long as the birth was via c-section, and not any of the other ways described in most mpreg fiction. And artificially impregnated, fully hetero guy here, not looking to take anything up the exit only doors.

On a side note, anyone that writes penis birth and thinks it would be amazing, I have to say you are out of your mind. Just having a tiny tool go up to take out a stint after dealing with a kidney stone extraction was horrifying traumatic. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Just the one child for me, I think! I wouldn't want to ruin my belly too much!

Exactly the same as me. I've always said for me it would have to be a C-section birth and nothing remotely like most of the material you read in Mpreg fiction. The penis birth business genuinely horrifies me! Each to their own of course, but it's not for me at all. Like yourself, I'm a completely straight guy, so I'm nodding my head to everything you say there...

I also suffer from the occasional kidney stone and have been hospitalised in the past with one in particular. The pain, as yourself will only know too well, is excruciating.
