There's this new Mexican horror movie that talks about the difficulties of forced maternity. There's a nude scene on the bathtub and a lesbian sex scene. The name's "Huesera: The Bone Woman"

Netflix’s TV show, “Sex/Life”, season 2 episode 3. 44 minutes into it, a fantastic scene.
