Decent belly by the looks.
The actress (Deepika Padukone) from the movie is currently pregnant so maybe the belly is real? The one in the 1st screenshot is not Deepika, so there's multiple pregnant women in this movie. Deepika will play another pregnant character, and also the major plot.

Animalia (2023), could be good, considering the two bare belly scenes shown in the trailer Bumping my own reply to say that I watched the movie, but the only bare belly scenes were the ones shown in the trailer. Though, I’m pretty sure she’s having c-section at the end if you want to count that as a birth scene.
