Pregnancy is this awesome convergence of the real and the magical.

A woman's body can literally knit together a whole person from nothing more than two cells. In a way, a mother literally gives birth to an entire world when she bears a child. For me, that's as close to magic as we get in it modern world.

At the same time, there is this relentlessness about pregnancy. A progressive realism that becomes ever shaper: her missed period; two lines on a pregnancy test; physical symptoms; baby's first kick; first milk... Etc... I find it incredibly attractive. I love to imagine the struggle. I love the idea of a female hero story where she sacrifices and fights for her baby to be born. For me this is the truest female "hero" archetype. Buffy and the like are just men with tits.

There is another post in the discussion forum that mentions dinner of the stone fertility statues that have been found. I often think that whatever religion or belief system those represent would be perfect for me. I kind of worship fertility.

I definitely find myself into weight gains. In fact, my pregnancy fetish is all the more reason I eventually caught onto it.

Would postpartum changes to the belly fall into your criteria as well? I say that because I haven't seen it mentioned and I have my share of moments where I seek such content where someone checks out their leftover stretch marks or the hanging skin and it's an effect that takes place soon after birth.

I do have a general belly fetish, yes. Whether pregnancy related or not - I just like bellies. I find them to be the most attractive part of the body and of course as per my username suggests, I'm equally interested in belly buttons. The 'face' of the belly as such. In writing, the more descriptive detail, the better. I recall many years ago there was actually a website out there which was about celebrity belly buttons, which literally hundreds of pictures all neatly laid out and all in order of name from a menu/list. Sadly, it's long gone but it was like a strictly non-pregnancy bellies version of the legendary Cheviots Place. I suspect some of our younger members won't even know what that was, now...

When it comes to the pregnancy fetish, it was more of a progressional-thing with age. As a child, it all started out as a simple belly expansion/inflation fetish and I've explained in further detail about that before. It then naturally progressed into more of a general pregnancy fetish

In the last couple of years, I've found myself becoming more interested in the weight gain type of content. However, there is a catch - the belly must remain 'clean'. I don't personally 'get' the look of a belly covered in food/drink e.t.c... So, whilst I do have a small or modest interested in the 'stuffing' scene, I'm pretty picky in what I like from it if that makes sense. 

The postpartum belly? Ohhh...that's a tricky one. Those which are lucky enough to 'snap back' into reasonable shape following pregnancy - yes. Without doubt. Those which unfortunately suffer more long-term 'damage' following the pregnancy? They're not for me, sorry.

For me, the girl doesn’t have to be pregnant, but I feel like they should still give off that pregnant look. I’m not really a fan of weight gain or chubby girls because their belly doesn’t really get round pregnant belly shape. The belly kinda has to be pretty round like a pregnant belly inorder for me to be attracted to it.

For me, pregnancy is the only belly focused fetish I have, and unlike some of the other posts above me I'm not even a huge fan of belly buttons. However, my favorite region on the body is definitely the belly area. Some people are breast people, ass people, even thigh people, but I have always been a midriff person. The pregnancy is definitely a plus in that department, but even excluding this fetish I like them all. Skinny bellies, a little bit of pudge, belly rolls, toned midsections, and six packs all accepted. Hell, I've searched the world for a story that contains sex with a postpartum woman with her baby weight and stretchmarks from her recent pregnancy.

I'm mostly into large bellies/belly expansion and pregnancy plays a major role in my fetish since preggos expand for the perfectly round belly. Fat/weight gain bellies are more chubby not as interesting for say. I'm also into breast expansion/lactation which falls under pregnancy since it happens during pregnancy which the breast expand with milk. I say under all pregnancy falls under my top fetish since it's the most realistic in breast/belly expansion sequence.
