Its a bit taboo but from what I can remember, a mother wants to have another child and at first fakes her pregnancy to see if her son is comfortable with her being pregnant. Then during her pregnancy they have sex together and might have even gotten her pregnant after she gives birth. I cannot find this anywhere and I lost the file on my hard drive recently. 

Any help would be appreciated.
