Looking for a story about two girls with two entirely different pregnancies. One of them is a small, almost dainty surrogacy pregnancy, while the other girl (who’s supposed to be a massive bitch) has a gigantic pregnancy carrying the twins of this giant Samoan dude and has a rather graphic birth at the end of the story.

Also looking for a story about a pregnant woman trapped on an island that is forced to keep on eating labor-preventing fruit until help arrives and unfortunately, when she goes into labor, she is unable to push the baby out and is forced to keep on eating the fruit so she won’t die from the strain.
