Hello fellow maiesiophile's in this thread I would like to discuss logistical conflicts related to this fetish and see what some people may struggle with in relation to that, I want to keep it broad and say that a logistical Conflict is an idea or reality that is in confliction of something essential or important to the fetish.

I would like to share mine:

I hate children, I hate the idea of breeding, I hate other people's children, I believe overpopulation is the biggest problem in our society and has the easiest solution to many of the world's problems, taking great care to make sure you don't accidentally conceive whether that is wearing a condom, or getting a vasectomy, is one of the best things average Joe's can do to make the world a better place.  If you want the experience of being a parent; adopt, be a foster parent, ask for friends who have kids if they want a night off, date a woman with kids from previous men, do whatever to make sure you don't bring more of you into this world. That being said a women's nice round pregnant belly turns me on more than anything else, and one can't exist without the other, my rational mind tells me that it is inherently bad to breed, but my lust for pregnant bumps is also very strong, I am not a very sexual person I much prefer to keep my sexual desires confined to myself, therefore I don't often date or make moves on people, and furthermore I don't believe in the institution of marriage, that brings up a separate conflict, a lot of the time couples who conceive force themselves into marriage or only feel comfortable doing so under that binding. I know that some maiesiophile's are into that and see it as the ultimate form of cuckoldry when a women cheat while in a relationship and is carrying that man's child. So as I digress I would like to say that I am not sure if that fact that my unconscious mind turns me on to this fetish for the reason of desiring something I can never have based on my morals or that I'm just too dead set on my morals to let my sexual desires control my life, either way, there is definitely conflict, Let me just end by saying that my ideal realistic fantasy situation is getting in a romantic and sexual relationship with women who was impregnated from a short relationship or one night stand with a different man and thought it would be for the best that he not know, or he leaves her because he is scared. As hormones kick in and she starts to show, regular basis sex is the highlight of the relationship and continues right up until birth, where we decide to either give the baby up for adoption or I don't have to be in a position where I am this child's stepfather but his mother's boyfriend. This to the best degree fulfills my sexual and moral desires without the aftermentioned possible unconscious desires coming into play.

We'll anyway... Looking forward to hearing others' logistical conflicts and would love to hear what y'all's take on mine is.

I share a lot of your opinions. Overpopulation is awful and we need to stop bringing so many damn humans into the world. Marriage, as an institution, is a crock of shit. I hate kids and would hate to have to raise any. And yet despite all this, yes, pregnancy and breeding is just the hottest goddamn thing in the world. I don't think the fetish has anything to do with pregnancy being so counter to my ideals, since these ideals started to crystallize years after I discovered my fetish. But who knows, maybe yours is there because it's a taboo for you.

i'm childfree by choice; i've been long aware of the contradiction of having this fetish, and no desire to reproduce.

that said, i'm more of a overall belly fetishist, and pregnancy is just one of several that i have regarding stomachs/bellies/midriffs. i've had this interest from since i was pre-pubescent and barely knew anything about childbearing... much less, the logistics of human reproduction.

A couple of things:

One, overpopulation is a myth. Through, advances in farming and food manufacturing, we can produce more than enough food to feed the entire world several times over. In fact, here in the US, we throw away almost a third of our food produced every year. In developed countries like the US, Japan, Germany, Russia, etc., the birthrate is actually well BELOW replacement. In other words, more people die than are replaced by births each year. I'm sure most of you support the idea of a welfare state correct? If you do, you should be ENCOURAGING couples to have kids. Why? Social programs are paid for by tax dollars. A smaller population of working adults means a smaller pool of tax revenue to pay for important programs like healthcare and education. As a result, governments will have to run higher and higher deficits to pay for these programs. And an aging population means there will eventually be more people on government support than paying into the system. This will bankrupt governments eventually.

The issue is in poorer, less developed countries where agriculture still employs a large percentage of the population, have very high birthrates. Ironically, developing them into modern economies will bring their birthrates down dramatically. Women will enter the workforce, education and will delay having children.

Two, I think we can explain your desire as part of a natural instinct we humans have to encourage procreation. Even if you logically don't want kids, your primal subconscious mind is driven by the instinct to procreate. A pregnant woman is the ultimate symbol of all of that. Fertility, beauty, creating a life and overall sexiness are represented by a pregnant woman. This is probably why we find them so powerfully attractive!

I dont see over population as a problem. I do think families having many kids is a problem. In NJ there is this city called Lakewood, which is a very large Hasidic Jewish community with 8-10 kids per house.

I don't think we're talking about overpopulation as being a problem for the same reasons. I think it's a problem because of the tremendous amount of waste and pollution humans produce, and how much damage we do to the environment. Fewer humans means less damage. It's not so much about what we need as much as what we leave. I'm not concerned about the problems too many humans creates for other humans.

This issue can be helped greatly by making sure poorer countries develop into advanced societies.  That way, they'll have the capital and technological advancement to use their resources efficiently and with minimal environmental impact.  Plus, it will dramatically lower their birthrates.  I think simply saying "less humans" means better world is counter productive and kind of callous.  I would never tell a kid in some random place in the world he shouldn't exist because of his supposed environmental impact.  Every person has a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  We can achieve economic advancement AND protect the environment too.

First of all the earth is a very, Very, VERY large planet so they idea that we could ever overpopulate it laughable. Enough people die every day to keep up with the rate of babies being born. With that said, I have seen what our society has become and quite frankly it would be a crime to bring a child into this world and leave them with what is going to be a hell on earth in years to come. My conflict with the fetish is the same one most preggophiles have. I don't want children because they are too much of a burden and respnsibility I'm not willing to deal with. This for me presents a huge conflict because I am crazy about pregnant women and fantasize having sex and impregnating a woman. The desire to cum inside a pussy then watch my seed transform a woman's body with pregnancy is a strong. Yet, in order for this fantasy to become a reality I must accept making a kid which I don't want to do. I also don't believe in marriage which would be something else I would have to accept.

I guess the only way around fetish conflicts is to keep fantasies in their place and not get confused by them to the point you think the conflicts are things you actually want to do. A healthy way to deal with fetish conflicts is to write stories, draw pictures or create animations. Such outlets allow you to explore things you fantasize about with no risk to your reality.

Me personally, my "Logistic conflict" has nothing to do with pollution, populations, and all of that jazz. Mine is, quite simply, finances. I would absolutely love to get married, and get my wife pregnant with multiple children with every conception. Have her swelling up as soon as possible after delivery to do it again, and again, and again. Unfortunately, ESPECIALLY with the world the way things are (and the fact that I'm not in the 1% club) ... it's kinda impossible (and therefore terribly irresponsible) to have that many children without a means to ensure they are properly raised and cared for.

It's the "advanced societies" that are the worst offenders with regard to my concerns about pollution. Having more tech and shit doesn't imply environmental enlightenment in the slightest.
