All you have to do is search for “home births” “live births” “actual births” “birth” etc. it’s pretty simple. Birth is considered educational so even if there is nudity You Tube allows it.

I love awful films and B-movie culture, so something I do every now and then as a pseudo-hobby is skip through IMDB's keyword search and browse through relevant tags/keywords/descriptions, and find obscure films or shows that look kind of interesting and seem to have pregnancy content. If it's good, I always send a rec to the Belly Guide, so that other people can eventually find out.

It's the closest thing we have to a pregnancy media index, and I'm amazed that more people aren't aware of it.

Yes! The imdb plot keywords section is a tremendous research.  That's how I first found out about the old Hygiene film road shows of the 1940's like Mom and Dad(1945).

In a similar vein to imdb plot keywords: here is a listing of tv shows that had a pregnant character played by an actress who was really pregnant at the time hxxps://www.imdb.com/poll/7G6Nsj3lu3s  Not all of them have birth scenes though
