Miscarriage is unfortunately common in the earlier stages of pregnancy. The first trimester is very touch and go. It is believed that my wife and I suffered a miscarriage although it was too early on to conclusively determine if she was indeed pregnant. It is a tough thing to go through and my condolences go out to her and her husband.
