Some guys brought it up (in an accusative/attacking way) a while back... But it did make me think. Is it offensive? Does it look too rapey? Should I change it?

I've seen it around here while browsing and it's always rubbed me the wrong way. It's not the worst thing but I think it could be changed.

All based on your perspective / opinion.

I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with it, its a cartoon drawing clearly meant to be seen in a lighthearted manner and not in a 'rapey' manner. Others may disagree.

Without context, I see some crazy looking guy chasing a pregnant woman. The fact that you're pretty much the only person here who has an idea on what the picture is supposed to be about, I can see why several members interpret it wrong.

Its a little off ngl. But half the members here use/used real pregnant ladies photos as their avatar (including myself at one point)

Looks a little like Domestic Violence/husband chasing the wife. I have seen some blatantly offensive avatars in the past (i.e the guy with the confederate soldier and the Jewish girl)

It's not personally offensive. But we try pretty hard here to not come off as creeps (which is unfortunately inherently difficult due to the subject matter and nature of our little group here), and what could be more creepy than a drooling man pursuing an unwilling woman? An avatar switch wouldn't be a bad idea, if you're considering it.

Tbh, i don't find it offensive, this is typical Boomer cartoon humor, something i usually find quite cringey.

but again, each to their own. Personally I would change it, due to the cringe lvl and nothing else.
