I've have two separate free accounts on Pregnant Dating and Pregnant Hookup that I've had for two years. I'll usually check every week to see if there is anybody real and new in my area. You can't do much at all, but you can flirt and hope for the best. If their into you and your profile they'll send you a message and then you're allowed to reply back. But that's a rare occurrence that's only happened to me maybe 6 times in the past 2 years. A tip I have is put on your profile that if the girl is interested, that she send you a direct message because you don't have the upgrade. I only paid because the opportunity was too good. I'm about to end it in a few days, I wouldn't recommend paying unless there's a brand new pregnant girl in your area because a lot of the profiles haven't been touched in months. What sucks about these profiles is that girls don't stay pregnant forever and the keep the profiles up to mislead people, make sure just to check into the new profiles.
