It goes deeper than that. The real question is how open-minded she is.

I used to be very shy and ashamed of my fetish. Then I figured, ahh what the fuck, and started telling women upfront so they could take it or leave it. Why? Because I don't want to be with someone who's going to treat me poorly for this when it inevitably comes up later, as it's a huge part of my sexuality.

One woman reacted with horror because she wasn't pregnant. I'm not even joking. She was incensed that I like pregnant women because she herself was not pregnant. She didn't understand that it wasn't a requirement, it was just something I like, same as she had things she liked. That relationship was a mess and barely lasted 3 months.

On the far opposite side, my current girlfriend and I met while she was pregnant BECAUSE she was pregnant, so everything was totally cool from the start. She's about to become a surrogate. I'm in heaven here.

My point is that if the woman has an open mind to begin with and understands that people have kinks, you'll probably get a positive reaction from her. That doesn't mean she'll want to be part of it, so be mindful of that and don't be a dick.

Sounds promising! Just remember, if she's not into it, that's OK - as long as she doesn't kink shame you for it.

If she’s open to role play I don’t see why she wouldn’t be open to preggo role play with you. Would not hurt to ask her to try it. Obviously if she says no it would be a bummer but it would not be the end of the world.

One of the best things about having a girlfriend is the potential to get her pregnant for real, that is if you aren’t opposed to having kids at some point in the future.
