So I knew this moment was eventually going to happen, I just did not expect it for another year or 2 - my little sister announced she's pregnant.  Obviously I do not want to feel any sort of attraction to my sister but now she's going to be going through this same experience that I've been getting off to for the last 20 years.  I'm not necessarily worried about being aroused by her, but more like its always gonna be on my mind now knowing that a man came in her, her belly is going to be swelling up, she's going through the pains of labor and pushing out a baby, etc.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced having a close family member (whether it be sibling, parent, etc.) be pregnant and any tips/how were you able to handle it?

Quite frankly I feel guilty even having these thoughts/making this post since this shouldn't be about me at all, and that I should be happy for her new stage in her life, but there's really no where/no one else you can talk to about this.

It's not hard to not be attracted to family members.

Its not hard for me because I have greater resistance to the fetish when it comes to family members since they are family, so for lack of a better term my pregnancy fetish is turned off when I am around family members

Ok, easier said than done. But seriously, try not to worry about it so much. My sister is currently pregnant with her second child, and her first and current pregnancy didn’t have me desperately trying to divert my attention from her bump. I was happy for her and knew she was excited about the journey at hand. So I left it at that, kept my manhood at bay as best I can, and helped her out with physical tasks when needed.

I feel like it’s all about willpower. If you’ve got the will of a worm, enjoy being awkward and uncomfortable. If you’ve got the will of a man, expect two thumbs up from Roger Ebert’s ghost for not treating a family member like a piece of eye candy.

He's talking about his little sister........ judge-free zone or not that's sick and quite concering when you're willing to prey on your own family members. Especially one who you've known since before she was even born.

Every woman is someone's daughter, mother, sister, aunt etc. Being willing to as you say "prey" on them is therefore wrong in any case regardless if they are family or strangers. This kind of logic usually comes from kink shaming critics of the fetish. There is noting more concerning about my opinion than anything else that goes on in this community. The fetish as a whole is considered "sick and concerning" in the minds of the so-called "normal" people.

My sister was pregnant between December last year and August this year. I obviously had absolutely no pregnancy attraction thoughts or feelings towards her whatsoever. She's my sister!
