Don't do it, you'll look creepy 100% of the time. Get a long term gf, or even better a wife you can have kids with and indulge in your fetish with a willing participant. Tldr, don't go to Target and creep out expectant moms.

Every time I see a post from dudes asking how to meet/talk to pregnant women as if there is some kind of special technique that can be learned I wonder if they are serious or just trolling for attention. Not trying to be rude but this sort of question is kinda dumb. Meeting and talking to pregnant women is no different than meeting and talking to any woman. If you have good social skills dating is as easy as changing the light bulb in a lamp.

I don't have a number, but the VAST majority of pregnant women you'd ever meet are already in committed relationships. Encountering someone on the street who's both single and into you is next to impossible. Single pregnant women are also way less willing to engage in online chatting/dating as their priorities are almost certainly elsewhere.

Truth of the matter is, you're just incredibly unlikely to get in touch with pregnant women willing to engage with you, even if you're not a creep. No amount of suggested sites or ice-breaker tips anyone could tell you will ever change that. There's only one sure-fire way: find a woman who loves you and wants to have children with you.

I’ve talked to and dated 5 pregnant women pretty much a year apart from each other. I met 4 online and 1 in person. My “trick” is to just talk to them as normal and pretty much ignore that they are pregnant. Also make some women friends that you just think are gonna be pregnant soon. It’s a waiting game but it pays off imo. Just don’t be weird and creepy

Simple: be a woman. Preggos will more likely talk to another female over a guy. The guy comes off as creepy while the female doesn't. Idk how people don't notice that yet. Given what's out there, just buy a body suit made by the same people who make the feake bellies model requested block wears & then you'll look like a woman & then go talk to them.
