Yes, in the immediate. But it depends on the woman. I lucked out because mine's signed up to become a surrogate as soon as her milk stops.

Sometimes I don't like talking about my relationship online because, like all things in life, there's a chance it won't work out and then I've got all these old posts to remind me of the past, and how things went wrong. You'd think I'd have learned that lesson by now, but I guess I haven't.  Anyway... we're together right now and have these plans right now, so that's what's going on. And I'm excited about it.

If you are talking about taking in a destitute, pregnant stranger, then no. That could too easily become a coercive, abusive situation.

If it's someone you know and hopefully like, and they've had a bad stroke of luck (say, maybe a house fire), then yes.

Or I guess, a romantic relationship develops with a pregnant person...or hell, an open or poly couple (if the husband can see other women, the wife knows there are men who are into pregnancy like herself).
