What's YOUR experience been with girls using "Pregnant Pickup Lines" to instigate sex?

I wish I'd taken advantage of every opportunity to get with a girl that's presented itself,
but you realize it's not always ideal, practical, or safe.

Still when messing around i've been surprised (Yea, more like STUNNED) when the girl starts saying
things like "Let's make a baby" or "I'll get pregnant for you" or "Sometimes I think about having lo o o o ts of baaaabies"
and these gals barely even know me!   At that point I'm all in, there's no way we're NOT gonna do it.

 (Usually I'll confess i find their words hOt, and to a one they respond well, some even calling years later
when knocked up and available. some even make it crazier by admitting they fantasize about being pregnant with
"like a hundred, or a hundred and fifty..").

I wonder if this is a standard female encouragement line, or if these gals can just "read" a guy?

What's your experience been?

I've had partners who knew about my fetish and would encourage me during sex with things like "put babies in me" or "think about me X months pregnant!" and so forth. It was nice.

I have not had that, although ironically I did have a 9 months pregnant woman ask me to put sperm in her.   Yes I obliged.

I've had a couple of experiences that fit.

My partner in no way finds pregnancy sexy. She knows about my love of fertility and thinks it is "cute." She will even point out pregnant ladies to me and comment on them -but just has no interest in the bedroom.

HOWEVER, when we were actually TTC, she loved it. It was awesome. She would initiate sex by demanding, "Get me pregnant," "I want a baby, right now," "do your man duty," and etc. While we were having sex, she would say stuff like, "I'm fertile," "I'm going to get pregnant," "I want a baby (my favorite is when she would say this during)." Alas, it did not take us very long to conceive... gee, I wonder why?

The first experience was when I was much younger. It is not a great fit for OPs question, because this woman was already pregnant (abt. 20 weeks) when I met her. She talked all the time about being lonely and "in need" because her pregnancy was just turning her on all the time. I am all but certain that she knew I liked her and specifically her, "glow." I got the hint that she was interested because she "accidentally" rubbed her belly against me.

Later on, she would talk about her baby moving and squirming and then want to initiate sex. One time, she had an intense, shaking O - later she said it felt like her, "baby as sitting on my cervix." Though I had certainly experienced maiesiophilia before, she really reinforced the feeling!
