Oh dude I demolished Sims 4 with all sorts of pregnancy/vore/belly fetish mods, mostly stemming from Wicked Whims. That's the basis of even a few non sexual mods. It's system is put together well. Pregnancy control mods exist, and hell there's full control mods that you can get that allow you access to any menu for any purpose also including pregnancy and weight control. So the roleplay goes really hard.

Its a shame that the cheats and mods for sims4 dont work on console for it other wise it would be more fun.
