I figured I'd make a general thread for discussing games and game mods involving pregnancy.

First off, has anyone made anything in Dreams? This was the best I could do considering I have no idea what I'm doing.

A bit late, but hi everyone, I'm one of the devs for the Pregmod of the game "Liz -The Tower and the Grimoire-" by Clymenia. This is a mod that adds a pregnancy and birth system with many pregnant and birth versions of the original events in the base game. The mod is actively being worked on with more scenes and features, such a multiples pregnancy, being planned.

I have modded my Skyrim EXTENSIVELY, making and playing as my own pregnant OC and making use of other mods to make pregnant NPCs and whatnot. I will try and get some pics to post. I have some old ones from my old PC.

I'm currently playing Hazumi and the Pregnation. Pretty good so far. I got Hazumi pregnant and she now has a visible bump.

   

However, I still think the reigning king of pregnancy fetish games is The Sims 4. With the right mods, you can fulfill whatever sexual fantasy you want, no matter how weird or fucked up it is. I kinda wish there were more pregnancy-related mods for it, but with what I've been able to do so far, I can't complain too much.

   

I also wish there was a console equivalent of The Sims 4 with mods, but that's likely never going to happen...

Sims 3 and Sims 4 are great for the pregnancy themed world.

Someone brought up Warframe in a different thread. They added a pregnant character to the game.
