Does anyone know of any games without mods that let you make characters that can at least kind of look pregnant?

I guess they couldn't make it too realistic since beating up a pregnant woman isn't fondly looked on.

Now a realistic looking pregnant Chun Li would be great.

I mean its not going to look perfect, its a custom character, those are always wonky. But adjusting the sliders to give an otherwise skinny petite female character a huge belly is definitely possible. Those screencaps dont really do it justice.

Fallout New Vegas probably has one of my favorite preggo mods, but jesus its an absolute bitch to install

But to answer OP's question, The Sims is the only game that doesn't require modding.
