I gotta go with Katarina Dubrova as my favorite. She looked fantastic while pregnant and the videos she made were very good.
I will also give a shout out to Candy Essex. The videos she did while pregnant may be quite old now but the size of that pregnant belly was jaw dropping.

My current favorites are Zaya Cassidy and Siren Thorn (neither are currently pregnant), but some past faves include MaryJane Johnson, Sadie Holmes and Candi (from Pregnant Playpen).
