A too small shirt the buttons are pulling apart and exposing the navel, basically anything that looks like she’s going to burst out of it, bonus if the breasts look like they’re going to explode out of the top any second too!

Nothing beats a belly dancing costume. Sure, it's not something women usually wear, but it's got an exotic flair to it, and there's something unbreatable about a dress that's supposed to show off the belly area.

I still remember Cyndi Lauper looking hot as hell wearing one ages ago - one of the first times I got attracted to a pregnant woman.

I noticed this dress with the belly completely exposed seems to be getting more popular... I'd love to take a full term preggo on a date in this attire to a buffet.

       

Overalls, dresses, or nothing.

I love it when they wear jeans that are unbuttoned

   

I don't know if it's my favorite, but I sure am a sucker for that early pregnancy office/business attire window. Love the idea of a woman working hard to be taken seriously and dressing very conservatively in the workplace but the pregnancy reaches a point such that it either has to be acknowledged through alterations in the outfit or a change of clothes entirely. Kelly Evans showed this beautifully with how her jacket, a previous favorite, strains against the belly against the singular button before needing to be unbuttoned entirely. Some women ultimately are forced to start mostly wearing dresses, and while that is hot in of itself, I also do love the women who are able to continue to dress in that formal working style but with the adjustment of not shying away from the pregnancy. A button-up shirt with a tight pencil skirt against a sizable bump? Yes please.

   

Swimsuits, hospital gowns, negligees, high heels an option .

Tight t shirt and unbuttoned jean shorts. Underwear optional.
