I've been thinking about this fetish and the obvious difference that has between men and women. 

Would it be easier to handle for a woman?
Who could enjoy it more?
A woman could be taken for a pervert if she confessed her fetish? Or is a man more punished?

I think women can enjoy it more because they can technically get it whenever they want to, as much as they want to.

Anyone can be called a pervert for anything, and it differs across cultures. Unfortunately, much of the world is still weird about fetishes. The human race has a lot of growing up to do...

Never thought abkyt it really. I think that women may have it a bit easier to like ask to rub the belly and obviously have a baby. I think its even ground on admitting the fetish. And as for enjoyment it depends i think. I think a man would enjoy it more a bit because his body isnt changing.

Depending on who she confesses to, they may just write it off as "baby fever". For a man, it'll probably be seen as weird or gross.

For the woman, I guess it depends on whether or not they want kids. If they do, then they can indulge as much as they want and no one would be the wiser. (I think if a woman tells her man she has a pregnancy fetish, it would be much less of a gamble than the reverse.)

As far as who would enjoy it more, probably the woman because she actually gets to experience having a baby inside her 24/7 for 9 months.

There's probably a lot more to it than that though. This is an interesting topic.
