Outtie...because it emphasizes that her growth doesn't stop with the stretching of her belly, but it also affects her belly button, massive attraction for that reason

Agree with the comments saying both do have their merits but I have to lean towards outie. Find something sexy about a pregnant girl in tight fitting clothes like a dress that really hugs her body and you can see the shape of her outie in the fabric.

I'm a little late to this thread, but I think most people on here overwhelmingly prefer outies. An outie belly button, especially on that's big enough to stick out through clothing, is a dead giveaway that a woman is pregnant and not just fat. I can also resemble a nipple, making the whole baby bump look like a giant breast.
