If a woman STARTS with an outie (like Michelle Kwan) will it pop even further out?

Sometimes, depending on the person's different pregnancies. I didn't know Michelle Kwan had a pregnant publicity shot of her former outie belly.

Have you seen any pics of a pregnant Michelle facing the camera? (Doubt it, but curious)

Michelle has one of those unusual 'half in, half out' belly buttons. The centre wrinkled section which is usually sunk is at and slightly beyond the surface, whilst around it there's still very much an indentation of an 'innie'. 

It's impossible to tell from the side-shots of her pregnant belly but I'd predict what there was of an 'innie' would have been at very least flattened to the surface of her belly. I'd imagine the central 'nub' which was already an outie would have likely pushed forwards a little more but given that was already an outie to begin with, the changes wouldn't have been as dramatic if her whole belly button was an 'innie' to begin with. That's my best theory anyway - willing to be proven wrong if necessary. 

I haven't personally been able to find any front-facing pregnancy pictures of her unfortunately, but I'd love to know, for sure, myself.
