You have to scan through using advanced search, making sure "With Children" is marked Yes. They usually say in their profile if they're pregnant or will have a picture. So many trash guys on that site if you treat them with respect and find some common interest you're good. NEVER reveal you have a fetish especially initially. Honestly I'm at the point where my interest in pregnant women is almost zero from having the fetish my whole life. It's so much better to think about than actually act upon for the most part.

I'm with you on this one. The full-time job of all unattached pregnant women is to grab resources from anyplace they can. If you meet a decent looking woman who is just starting to show you might have six months of the best sex of your life. During that time, she will try to move in with you or do whatever else to get her hooks into you. If she does move in, it will be impossible to get her out. I'd guess it is a 50/50 chance any family court would force you to let her stay and maybe even assess child support FOREVER! Is it worth it? Nah...

Your best bet is to find a pregnant married lady overrun with hormones whose husband has lost interest. They are around but they are hard to find. Plus, you have to be prepared to deal with some really bad scenes if hubby comes home unexpectedly.

I have recently saw a report (documentation) about real people getting paid do make false profiles on dating sites in order to lure in interested people and tempt them to pay for memberships and other bullshit. I think this is a fake website in which 9 of 10 may be fake profiles and the rest is a poor human being that believes it was real.

Yeah, in doing more research it ends up being just a easy cash grab site used to lure people into a larger 'dating' site of other "interests". Always good to do research first.
