So I was looking up Neon Bull, the Braziliam film with a sex scene which involved a pregnant actress, and came upon this interview with the filmmaker. It's a short interview, but in it he says "thinking about making love to or having sex with a pregnant woman in Brazil, a lot of men wouldn’t even consider that". 

This got me thinking if there are societies/countries where pregnancy fetishism might be more popularly accepted? Analogous to some Latin American/Greek societies' more general acceptance of anal sex than the norm, at least according to friends who grew up there. I'm aware it's been mentioned in TV shows and movies, but they came across as more tongue-in-cheek humour more so than portrayal of daily life. 

P.S. the last line was a question as to whether the actors had sex on screen. Anymore info on this?

It's not "'accepted" anywhere; the best you can hope for is for it to not be reviled.

I doubt any society would accept people like us, should we reveal it. Suppose in areas where there are high fertility rates or has any cultural history to the importance of perpetuating the next generation, it'll be significantly more accepted than those who don't have such things, but that's just me.
