Probably, we don't notice because their previous figure hide the pregnancy. Maybe don't feel comfortable with their own body.

In my case I like when a "skinny" girl gains a considerable amount of weight finish as a chubby pregnant girl.

I have a coworker like that. Before she had kids she looked great, well she still looks good now just chubbier.

A week or two before she gave birth to her second child she approached me as I was tying my shoes to ask me if I thought she was getting rounder, when I looked up I could barely see her face her belly was that big and she is a short person, I'm not that tall either probably like 5 cm taller than her - point is she was big and it was really really hard to keep my composure but I managed, told her yes she did, she joked about her big she was and we both went on with our day. She may have went on with her day as normal but I was internally screaming. One of these days I'll be able to rub a pregnant woman's belly till my heart's content.

Generally not a fan, I'll admit. Not much against the slightly chubby girls but when they get really fat it's impossible to recognize as pregnant anymore. It can be quite good IMO if a woman is generally slim just about anywhere but her belly, which has a little bit of fat around it, which I feel can greatly accentuate the pregnant shape in later stages. The best in my opinion is when a mother gives birth and is unable to lose the postpartum weight before immediately getting pregnant again, giving her no time to recover and allowing us to watch as her flabby, loose belly gradually fills out with the pregnant form a second time.

Besides that, I'll pass.
