Looks real. Damn that's the best pregnancy scene in a movie I've seen for years!
Since those vids are split up I hope the shower in labor scene is longer and I hope the birth scene is good. If there was a vote for "the best fake belly" then this would tie with anyone for number 1. She got some nice boobs too.
