There's a good State Farm commercial at 5:17 with a nice fake belly.
There's the classic Subaru comercial with a woman in a striped swimsuit, she has big boobs too to match the big fake belly she wore. She even had it out sitting on the beach. There'd a old Verizon commercial of a woman giving birth in a car.
The Xfinity commercial with a woman in a store is good, nice size fake belly.

This reminds me of a cracker of an advert I rediscovered a few years back, would have been on in-between Corrie breaks around 2002 (the UK/Ireland peeps will remember).

The pregnant woman who is a teacher in The Foundation for a Better Life commercial is so hot.

Wow 5 fake bellies in 1 show or movie is epic. I think that goes in a record book. The shows with the most fake bellies are: Call The Midwife, In The Club (UK show), 1 Good Luck Charlie episode (where the lead parent actress as well as lots of other women) and this.
