I just bought my first video on clips4sale today. I didn't have an account and I thought I'd create one after buying the video. When I tried creating it, it said the email adresse was already used to create an account. At first I thought "oh, maybe I already created one years ago without remembering (since I've used this adresse for about 13 years)". But when I tried retrieving my password it said the email adresse was invalid. I don't have a computer so I can't download the video and I can't stream it because I linked the video to my email but they won't let me use it. Did this happened to anyone? Does anyone could help?

You should reach out to their support. I doubt you're the first person to experience this, and as a paying customer, they need to take care of you.
