I'm looking for some good TV episodes that feature pregnancy. Here are a few of the best I've seen so far:

Angel, S1E12 - "Expecting"
Features multiple women each pregnant with multiple demon babies. Lots of good belly shots, and a decent ultrasound scene.

The Midwich Cuckoos, Ep. 2
A whole town of women became pregnant at the same time. Lots of great shots featuring clothed and bare bellies, underbellies, and even belly movement.

In The Dark (UK), Ep. 3
A heavily pregnant detective investigates the death of her boyfriend. She has a huge belly that is on full display throughout the episode.

Any other good recommendations?

La Casa de Papal or Money Heist (Netflix)
A show about bank robbers, in season 3 they introduce a character named Alicia Sierra, a heavily pregnant inspector. Her pregnancy lasts throughout seasons 3-5 and her belly was perfect. Sadly, there are no bare belly scenes.

Two and a Half Men: "Repeated Blows to His Unformed Head" (Season 4, Episode 7)
Sara Rue plays Naomi, the 9 month pregnant daughter to bachelor and jingle writer Charlie Harper's (Charlie Sheen) housekeeper, Berta (Conchata Ferrell). When Naomi arrives, Charlie's chiropractor brother, Alan (Jon Cryer), discloses his attraction to the pregnant form to his brother, originating from when his vain ex-wife Judith (Marin Hinkle) was pregnant with their son, Jake (Angus T. Jones). After unintentionally giving her inspiration in a troublesome moment, Berta drags Charlie to help her confront the supposed father of Naomi's child, a married man by the name of Ronald Wienermier, who lives in a rather rough part of Malibu called Rancho Pacoima. While Charlie and Berta are gone, Alan takes every possible opportunity to touch Naomi's belly and assist her with the housework she has to do, i.e. feeling the baby kick, ironing clothes, rubbing Vitamin E oil on her stomach to help prevent stretch marks, and putting his chiropractor skills to good use by giving her a back massage. When Alan is caught in the act of touching her belly by Berta and Judith, Alan honestly explains what was happening in a rapid fire manner that is equally funny and what most would do in that situation. After the back rub, Naomi accidentally farts due to the fact that she is on the verge of going into labor. She tells Alan she likes him by kissing him square on the lips, a moment unfortunately ruined by her breaking wind. Alan doesn't mind it in the slightest and kisses Naomi back while caressing her belly. While at Ronald's place, due to a meth lab explosion, Charlie whizzed in his pants as he had to use the bathroom before he and Berta left for Ron's place. After successfully shaking Ronald down for $5,000 and stopping at a swap meet on the way back, in which Charlie got new sweatpants, a bag of tube socks, 4 DVDs, and a corn dog, all for just 8 bucks. They find Naomi in labor on the couch with Alan coaching her through the delivery. Berta takes over and helps her daughter deliver the baby. At the hospital, after Naomi has given birth to a daughter, Naomi informs her mother that Ronald couldn't be the father due to the fact that he was in a burn unit around the time of conception. After Charlie and Alan leave, Berta gives Naomi $4,000 of the money she shook down from Ronald.
This episode was made in 2006, a time when pregnancy fetishism wasn't really explored on primetime tv, I have to applaud the sheer balls the writers of this episode had to tackle this subject. Naomi's belly is on full display as the shirt that she wears doesn’t even cover up her entire belly. It's showing the entire time. The episode actually received a few Emmy nominations for acting. If you have not seen this episode of Two and a Half Men (even though I basically gave away the plot), do yourself a favor and watch it.

Here's another one I just remembered:

Boardwalk Empire, S2E3 - "A Dangerous Maid"
There's a pregnant character who wears mostly lingerie throughout the episode, and I say "mostly" because there's one scene where she looks at herself naked in a mirror. Lots of good belly shots.

In season 3 of "Childrens Hospital" on Adult Swim, Nurse Dori (played by Zandy Hartig), was pregnant. Episode 4 of that season, "Home Is Where The Hospital Is", actually has her showing off her bare belly.

Definetly Angel Expecting. One of the best.

There's a full frontal sex scene in Episode 2 of ZeroZeroZero where a pregnant woman gets eaten out by her husband with the boobs and belly hanging all about.
