Maybe octo mom  was so big at early stage she was already stretched out didn't she have a previous batch of sextuplets?

I think you're thinking of Kate Gosselin, True “Karen" herself. She had twins then sextuplets.

Octo mom had 6 kids (including twins) not sextuplets, then octuplets.

If she had sextuplets then octuplets I would be surprised if she even survives the pregnancy.

This world-class mama carried quads for nearly 30 weeks, measuring 58 weeks (a year and 2 months!!!) with a singleton by the end of it. On top of that, they already had 5 kids, so she's got babies #6-9 in there!
