Are you sure she's actually three weeks along and no three months along? I mean, sure, she was having 8 babies, but 8 three-week fetuses are still pretty small to make her belly this big, I guess...
Well, in a post from her Instagram account where the picture comes from, she does say that she was only three weeks along. Now she could maybe be wrong, but considering it’s from her, I’m pretty sure she was three weeks along.

Well considering they're not implanted in the uterus until week 4 and each are the size of a pin head, even if there were 8 in there, I think its a little crazy to think she's showing that much at 3 weeks. But I've been wrong before.

Embryos at three weeks aren't even visible to the naked eye. She might be joking, or she might be lying, but she's definitely past the first trimester in those photos

Maybe shes trying to say (badly) that she had 10 for the first 12 weeks, and this is three weeks after she lost two, so she's had 8 for three weeks in this pic, for a total of 15 weeks pregnant.

That's interesting in that as I know the story she had 6 implanted and 2 slit into pairs of identical twins. This happened in one of her previous pregnancies. Keeping in mind that she had 14 kids at home after the 8 were brought home. Also she earned a reputation for posting false statements.
