Okay, so for the sake of the argument, how female do they need to be?

Some guys who feel the need to be trannies might at best look like a guy in drag, but with the right lover might be a "mom-to-be". (I would fall into that category.) I can kind of imagine a guy developing a pot belly over time that he knows is a baby, and come the weekend his alter ego is bigger than ever.

Some men do a fantastic job of looking like a woman (and I am jealous of them) and despite plumbing issues might wind up swelling with new life.

So I ask you - what works for you?

I am so not into looking at guys faking pregnancy. I hope the administrators keep any and all of that crap off this site, please, let's not go there.

I enjoy the stories that involves mpreg but watching a guy.dress up as a fake mpreg is meh

Seeing as the pretending pregnancy thread is just guys pretending to be women I'd say it's very popular on this site to be into pregnant men. It's not my cup of tea personally and I find it unsettling but can't argue that a large amount on here and in discords seem to like it.

It's not as popular as it might seem, there's just a small and very motivated minority who are into it.
