Then if that's the case there are like a hundred well known dating websites already established you can join. Not to mention you'd have probably 100x more success there. I don't understand why that has to be a thing here.

Then (you aren't going to like this) the problem is you, not the website you are using.

Try reddit for women who share the kink. I've yet to have sex with a pregnant woman but I've had plenty of phone sex, role-play texting, and have even managed to meet up with someone who was into stuffing her shirt and acting it out while we fucked.
