hello i'm into Mpreg too! i'm so slim so i make my belly using a dozen tshirts tied to form like a half balloon. Then i keep it in position using elastic pregnancy band and a sport bra used below to keep the belly high, i wish i could make more realistic one but it's hard to make larger hips, i have seen on internet fake silicon pregnant bellies, but they are so expensive... i wish i could create also the correct weight of the bump and a realistic outie (i have tried with tied up plastic glove parts but it doesn't look good... if someone want to talk about this you are welcome
