(January 4, 2019, 11:05 am)AquaL I think the content in Multiple(s) MOTHERLOAD! Is pretty good, it's really long so there's gonna be some meh but also great in there.

But for me, If one or two people seen a post and liked it, I really appreciate it, I at least know there are people who like to check my threads

I came on a little hard. I also think the Multiples thread has lots of good ones in it. But it reminds me of the Rolling Stones. Not a lot of their songs are all that great, but when you write hundreds of songs you're bound to get some hits.
That's also the other thing. When you get little to no recognition for your posts, I think that whole "thrill-of-the-hunt" thing DI was talking about gets null. What good is posting your favorite girl and putting in the work if nobody gives a shit? And it tends to get difficult to know where to look with so many posts.

@Akhenaten I absolutely feel you with this. I remember scouring "Yahoo Groups" and other furthest corners of the internet for hours (15-17 years ago) looking for that *one* pic that would change the game for me, and I wasn't picky. I would find random quicktime files of grainy footage that took 20 mins to download for that ONE glimpse. Hell, I remember ripping out and saving the "elle mcpherson got milk ad" and hiding it in my room. That was the best it got! And I would be happy. Nowadays I can input a hashtag on Instagram, sift through 1,000 pictures within 5 mins finding nothing that jumps out at me, even though every single pic would have satisfied me back in the day. It makes everything seem so "meh". The search continues.

As said above, it's difficult to sort through stuff which has been re-posted 1000 times just to find the odd new pic. I probably shouldn't talk as I do not post, but I'm combing through my "stash" from an old PC that I stopped using 10 years ago. Apart from a couple pics I took myself, everything there is stuff that still get posted daily.

I miss 2014-16-esk era when kik was really booming as you'd have group chats filled with actual pregnant women at the time

We definitely appreciate the huge number of pictures @sbflicker and others take time to share. They're viewed frequently and these threads have many subscribers despite a high volume. Without this content being organized into mega-threads, the problem of new threads sometimes falling off the first page would worsen.

As Preggophilia nears half a million pictures, better organizing and distinguishing sets of pictures is becoming a top priority. Tagging is essential for posts and threads as a whole but, given some script issues, this might not be implemented until the next update. Thread prefixes might be worth exploring too and this can be added fairly easily. Another idea is to group threads with high like-to-view ratios. That is, an abundance of likes despite a relatively low number of views. This would partially solve the problem of threads disappearing.

@tomostrife I agree that unique contributions need to be distinguished. This should be automated and one idea is to use the ratio I described above. As a start, I'd find a way to list around 5 threads (from pictures only) on the front page for 7 days or something. Once a thread appears within the list, it would never reappear. This would be in addition to a "newest threads" or "newest posts" section too. I'm also looking into a Reddit-like "hot" thread listing option (basically listing threads chronologically and then shifting them around according to likes).

Take a look at the World of Warcraft news website MMO-Champion. Something like that may be what you have in mind but it wouldn't be easy to implement.

@Akhenaten You're right. But that could be seen as just a symptom of the larger phenomenon of the ever-evolving and expanding internet.

Which section of the site @AndreSerizawa? Can you provide a link to whatever you have in mind? Unless I'm missing something, the index looks like a blog and the forum itself is a standard forum.

If you mean the "Recent X Posts" boxes located at the top of the index page, that is something I'll be implementing. Above all, "Best Threads of the Week" feature is a priority.

I'd like to clarify that I wasn't complaining about this site directly. I love this place.

I was complaining that when thousands of beautiful young women pose for thousands of artsy Instagram photos to flaunt their belly like it's a cute new pair of shoes, it doesn't stimulate me the way the old shit did. Now that it's so pervasive and public, it seems watered-down and less raw and intimate. It's terribly ironic -- more availability and arguably more beautiful content, and yet it's less satisfying. I've never abused drugs but I imagine it's something like how after a while, you need stronger, more frequent hits of the same stuff to reach the highs you did when you first started.

Interesting thread... here's my 2 cents.
I WISH I didn't love pregnant woman so much or this would all be totally a non-issue for me. I've "quit" dozens of times only to return searching for, finding and posting pregnant woman and particularly multiples.
On this return I discovered Instagram and how many, many woman post pregnant pictures... it's almost overwhelming!
As far as MY "Multiples MOTHERLOAD" thread... I generally try to post only good ones... folks would be surprised at the ones that I don't bother posting.
I think that I do it mostly to keep the "pregnant lover" community going but mostly I do it "just because".
I realize that there are guys and ladies who are fascinated/aroused by pregnant woman and I want to share it with them.

It's kinda cool to see the viewership of my thread continue to rise but... even if no one was watching, I'd probably still post them!

NOW, if we could only stop the jerks from actually contacting these woman and ruining it... this venue would be absolutely perfect!
