I've worked with both Starry AI and Bing now... 
It starts off perfect, and then for some reason the AI starts generating close up portrait, from about the upper forth of a belly up.
What do the rest of you use prompt wise to combat that?

It's flippin frustrating to get a good looking female, and it's barely showing the belly.
