Seems like it. It was her 2nd pregnancy. Don't know if the baby survived, but I doubt it.

She was already dead before they got her to the hospital and the child didn't survive.

RIP probably died from exhaustion, because pregnant women get tired easily. moreover he did jav shoot

I don't think it was from exhaustion. She's had plenty of sex scenes prior to that one and didn't have any issues. And she's done scenes before during her first pregnancy. Even though the police report never went into detail, it's possible she could've been on something which caused the cardiac arrest. Although we'll never know her true cause of death.

in the article it is confirmed she was indeed pregnant and near due date.
her cause of death is also narrowed down to brain hemorrhage/thrombosis.

I am actually curious now if the AV they were shooting on that unfortunate day was ever released. and if so, where a copy could be procured.
