Assuming that OP is a teen in highschool, I doubt the teacher will suspect any type of sexual behavior from him just asking to rub her belly (unless he acts weird about it and gets too carried away).

I remeber a gorgeous teacher who became pregnant. I know that couldnt touch her belly without growing an erection is hard as hell
