What do you do when you watch a pregnancy related movie for the first time?

Do you watch/sit through the whole movie or just skip to the pregnancy bits?

Usually for me I like to watch the movie all the way through a time or two. Then after that I just skip to the good parts. That's just me, ask anyone else you may get a different answer, but that's usually what I do.
