There is a criminally low number of games out there where pregnancy is a central focus. There's Fallout and Elder Scrolls, which can be modded to make your character look or even actually be pregnant but other than that it's a very hard thing to find. Any suggestions?

The Sims 4. If you know where to look, there is a mod that can make your character look pregnant without actually being pregnant.

If you don't mind RPGMaker and other 2D-style games, I have a few (free) recommendations:

PreggoPixels has been making pregnancy-centric games for a little while now, and has two specifically that I really enjoy.

The Fertile Farm: A Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley style game where you play as a constantly pregnant housewife. The goal is to keep your character as well-fed as possible to increase the amount of babies she conceives and thus make her belly larger.

Seeds of Destiny: An RPG where you level up your party by making them continuously pregnant for lore reasons, and travel around the world causing other characters to become pregnant as well. Hyperpregnancy is a major theme in this one.


Hellbrain(s) is a pregnancy-themed artist that has a really excellent style and has been regularly pumping out high quality (free) RPGMaker games for the past few years.

All of their content is great and worth trying, but I think that 9 Months With Ellie is my favorite.


HarlequinGemini is a pregnancy/vore-themed artist with wonderful taste over on Eka's. Last year they released a really enjoyable little game called OkuSim where you play as a housewife that can become pregnant. Weight-gain is a little more central to the gameplay than pregnancy, but it's still got some nice belly content.


CrossCrescent is a veteran belly and BE themed artist that's been pumping out high-quality belly content for years. This year, during the Preggo Game Jam on itch.io, they put together an awesome Vampire Survivors-like game called Trial by Fairy that is very fun and features a character who gets more and more pregnant makes her fairy sidekicks more pregnant as she defeats enemies. At the end she also gets pregnant. Also not an RPGMaker game, which is a nice breath of fresh air.


And last but definitely not least, Hazumi and Pregnation is a (paid) game by Mihiraghi where you play as a young woman who gets paid to get pregnant and give birth to as many babies as she can. It's been a favorite here on Preggophilia, on F95zone.to, and on pregchan. Since this one is actually not free, and Mihiraghi was at one point a member of our community, I'll provide a link to the game's Steam page here in case you'd like to buy it instead of straight up sending you to a torrent of the game. I highly recommend Googling around to find mods (there are a lot that are worth getting, particularly the quintuplets mod and uncensorship mod) and patches for the game if you do decide to get it.


(I'll also mention DimPixel, if you've never heard of him. His content is fantastic, but it's more (free) interactive animations than actual games. My favorites are Umi Ubuki, Dr. Asagiri, Dexter's Mom and Milky (Ishuzoku Reviewers). He's a fantastic artist and a really upstanding, hardworking person that's worth being a patron of--though he also shares all of the animations he creates after a certain amount of time on his itch.io, if you don't have the money to spare. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga features Padme's secret pregnancy plot during Episode III and you get to unlock her pregnant outfit from the Mustafar scene to play as. Nothing great, it's just a rounded belly decal on a Padme minifigure.
