To attempt to get this thread back on track...

Really the only turnoffs for me start at active labor and continue through the birth. Labor can be hell even for women that get an epidural, so it's hard for me to find much enjoyment in that. (At least in my mind, that is different from the discomfort and inconvenience that comes with the last trimester of pregnancy.) As for birth, I have been in the room for a birth three times, and the whole thing is both very fascinating and also kind of gross. If the labor didn't kill the enjoyment for me, any sight of the critter inside coming out completely shuts it down.

Whilst I generally don't mind soft porn, anything more than that I'll openly admit I do find mildly off-putting. Especially if the focus is more on the sex than the actual pregnant belly. I'm not keen on masturbation videos either, which, unless it's 'just me', seem to have been on the increase in recent years.
