So I'm 20, a gay male, and since I was around 11 I knew I was gay, but at the same age became weirdly obssessed with pregnant bellies.
A strange combo to say the least. I have 0 attraction to any other features of women, and plan on never having any children, but for some reason pregnancy gets me harder than anything else.
I've had plenty of gay sex and sure it's great, but my most enjoyable and intense sexual experiences are when I'm alone, watching preggo porn, and wearing a fake belly.

It's been a source of shame to be honest, feeling like I wasn't supposed to be pleasuring myself like this and that I would never be able to tell anyone. The chances of finding another gay guy my age having the same fetish seem extremely small. But what a dream that would be, to be free to share that part of myself and thouroughly enjoy sex with no shame.
I'm sure there are gay men out there that feel the same way, since the form of a pregnant stomach can be attatched to both women and men as well as the act of birth.
I guess I'm writing this as my first ever post on here (though I've been a member for years) because I've reached a place in myself where I'm not internally ashamed of my fetish anymore. This site is to thank for this, until joining I never knew there were other people who shared these feelings, so thanks to everyone for making me feel less alone and less weird for being myself.

I'd also like to know if there are any gay men on here who could maybe share some insights into their thoughts of having preggophilia. It'd be great to hear from you.
Thanks for hearing me out if you have read this post, I hope to be a more active member from now on.

There is just something different about pregnant women. It's such a glorious state people stare at them in public, ask questions, they are admired. Anyone who says pregnant women are "fat" or whatever are jealous. This posts confirms the unique sexiness of pregnant women in my mind.

Man, this is weird but I have almost an inversion of that.

I am for all intents and purposes mostly 'straight' in day to day life, not closeted (maybe I just lean bisexual and I'm denial about that?), I have had a couple homosexual experiences that were (mostly) positive and I'm open about that but I can't really maintain arousal with men or romantic interest despite being very ok with male intimacy. It just doesn't really do it for me at all sexually, compared to women.

I can appreciate most good looking dudes, but it's like I'm 95% asexual and aromantic towards them compared to women who I actively lust over. I also definitely prefer women overwhelmingly in the pornography I consume. Despite that, sometimes with the right dude Mpreg enhances that bit of male attraction I do have. It doesn't always, and like most porn/erotica 80% of it is so cringey it turns me off, but when it does it can turn a kind of neutral feeling into genuine arousal.

Anyways I hope you feel less shameful about it. I used to be pretty ashamed of this fetish from a purely hetero-normative stance. Gender and sex is complicated.

Not all that odd considering there are straight men into mpreg, and straight women attracted to pregnant women.

Interesting take, I agree with the comments from above: pregnant women deserve their own category simply because it may be attractive to both straight women and men. Definitely not very surprised about your case. I think it is one of the biggest taboos in society.
A hot take from this is maybe because polygamy isn't accepted as well. But I'm sure that monogamy is something relatively new for humans (probably due to religion) because most of our history partners were shared. There's a story from indigenous people that kept having sex with the same pregnant women because of the believe that the more semen she had inside her the healthier the baby. Once the baby was born all men considered he/her their own child, thus, everyone took care of everyone.

(March 4, 2022, 2:02 pm)Feunski there are straight men into mpreg,

Guilty.  My main thing is the pregnancy fetish, but increasingly mpreg gets me off much easier.

A lot of it is I can't relate to pregnant women and it's really hard to actually get a date/encounter with a pregnant women.  So basically my fantasies about pregnant women feel fake or unrealistic because of that.  I mean, if I'm watching a hot video of a pregnant woman, that's one thing.  But then when I'm just fantasizing about being with a pregnant person, it's so much easier to imagine what a pregnant guy would think, how they would react, etc.  Plus, it's so much more vivid because male pregnancy is so out-of-the-ordinary.

The emasculation part of mpreg also makes it awesome.  I always like the "dark" side of pregnancy: like, it kind of sucks for women that they have to go through it.  But how bad would it be if a man woke up with a 40 weeks pregnant bump, and, even worse, he finds out he has to push the baby out of his butt?  We grow up thinking that will never happen to us.  If it suddenly did, then that could be so much darker and more f-ed up than a woman's pregnancy.

Also, the gender-bending element of mpreg can be wonderful.  In general, I like taboo stuff.  I would prefer a fantasy like "18 year-old fucks his girlfriend's mom, who is a heavily pregnant surrogate" rather than "30 year-old fucks another pregnant 30 year-old, who turns out to be the love of his life."  But then you can take that same scenario and make it "girlfriend's dad" and have the dad develop a very feminine, curvy body.  And I like "reluctance" in my fantasies (like, she doesn't want to have sex with him, but does it anyway) and a straight pregnant guy would definitely make a fun target for some very reluctant pregnant sex.

Lastly, it's hot that some guys are into the idea of being pregnant.  I would never want to be pregnant!  But then there are guys who think it's hot.  I would usually never have an interest in having sex with a guy, but if I knew he was into getting very pregnant, getting a curvy pregnant body with big breasts, etc., I would ask him to watch porn with me and try to convince him to give me a hand-job or blow me (and more).  It's a bit like I'm definitely turned on by transwomen as well.  There's something about guys that want to be submissive and emasculated in that way.  And the fact that they might be somewhat conflicted or embarrassed about the sex only makes it better.

Belly Button
(March 4, 2022, 2:02 pm)Feunski Not all that odd considering there are straight men into mpreg,
I'm another one who's also "guilty as charged" on this one... My general pregnancy and belly fetishes isn't limited to any particular gender. Obviously being a straight man I will naturally gravitate towards women and women's pregnancies but I openly admit that seeing pregnant bellies on men does appeal to me. The sexual element obviously has no interest or appeal to me - but the pregnancy very much does.

I can't quite put my finger on exactly what 'does it' for me when it comes to the likes of mpreg - but I think it's down to seeing a belly and a belly button go through a full-blown pregnancy which it was never naturally designed to take. Something it would have thought it would 'escape' from...if that makes any sense.

Another element I'd like to add is that being pregnant myself is something which does greatly appeal to me and I think that's where a fair chunk of my interest in mpreg would come from. Seeing how my belly would look going through a pregnancy.
