The Walking Dead Season 2 has two pregnant characters. (Hard to find erotic, though. That game is just fucking sad.)

Giant Bomb let's you search by concept. There's currently 39 games with a pregnancy "concept" in them. Whether they're huge or not, it's a good springboard point for research.

I think you might be disappointed as a whole, though. I've actually been thinking of making a YouTube video about this for a while, but the state of sexuality in video games is really fucking juvenile. You are a super stud. You have sex will all the things. All the ladies love you, and there's no cost for boning, pregnancy doesn't happen, you don't get STD's, the sex is encouraged by the game, and there's rarely emotional pay off. It's the equivalent of a sex mini game literally without any representation of what sex is because the children might know or something. I'd much more intellectually deconstruct it if I did the video, but the point is that it is an industry problem and pregnancy is a weird spot for them because pregnancy is an infinitely intimate condition and often seen as a female issue, so it has virtually no representation of exploration in the games media, other than to be a quick plot bullet point of PROVIDE FOR INCOMING BABEH or to have the pregnant character in question die to produce quick, cheap drama.

Been playing Sims 4. Added a nude Mod.

So far.... When a character gets pregnant, they imidiatly get a bump... which grows when entering the 2nd trimester and again for the 3rd.
