Might be a bit broad, but if you take a look at DeviantArt, they have a lot of drawings that are based on video game characters; especially Sonic which is very strange...But some are good.

Been playing Sims 4. Added a nude Mod.

So far.... When a character gets pregnant, they imidiatly get a bump... which grows when entering the 2nd trimester and again for the 3rd.

Yeah. Pregnancies also vary on body type in this version, so curvy women get HUUUUUUGE. It's definitely been entertaining for me so far.

ALSO, they got rid of that hideous maternity wear, so they just wear whatever and it morphs with them now.

...With Mods, all things are possible.

Aside from The Sims, good luck finding a video games that feature pregnancy. I know of alot from the old Pregchan but they were all erotica-type games X.x

go on F95, search by tag pregnancy and you will find a lot of them.
