I’ve received a few questions about this, so I thought ‘I’d make a brief tutorial for anyone who is interested.

I used to do this by creating a feminized version of my face and then using the face swap button to insert myself into the picture. Lately, though, I have felt I’ve had better results by putting my face as is into the photo, as heinous as the original result may be and then going and feminizing/prettying myself up once I’m already in her shoes, so to speak.

You should begin by selecting the photo you wish to appear in. It should be relatively clear, more or less in focus and the person you will becom should be looking more or less at the camera. For this example, I’ve selected Ms. cutie McWaddletushie who appears in the first photo.

1) take a photo of yourself that broadly approximates the lighting and head position of your target.

2) import this into face app. You will note that there appears a male or female icon in the upper right corner. This is likely to be showing male if you are one. Many problems that occur with using the face swap feature involve the hair. Some of these can be avoided, or at least minimized by approximating her hair on your head before performing the switch, so once you’ve selected the female icon, go to the hairstyles option and select “transfer”, which is only available in the female interface. Swap her hair onto your head and save that image.

3) then exit that image and select the target photo> Once you’ve done that, select the “face swap” button. Within this option, you can select either ‘morphing” (which often gives a good result, it seems to result in something that is a rough approximation of your face combined with hers. If this brings about a satisfactory result, then there you go. Or you can select “Face Swap”. The latter generally creates more problems, but I also feel that is you can successfully deal with these, the results are often better, as the final result will tend to more closely resemble you, that is, “you” if you were a cute pregnant chick. Ideally you want to look like a realistic female while also being able to recognize yourself.

4) the resulting image is probably going to be revolting. The hair trick may or may not have worked, and regardless there’s going to be some dude, who may or may not resemble you taking the place of your dream target girl.

So what to do about the first result you got using face swap?

There are a couple things you can try.

Option 1) selectively use the erase function. When you get the result of applying a function to an image, the screen showing the result will have a little erase icon. Go ahead and hit that, and use it to erase parts of the new image, exposing the parts of the original you may want. Here, the hair and some bits around the top of her shirt and her upper chest. These areas are frequently changed for the worse by the face swap function. Hands and and naked bits are very frequently adversely affected too..

The image I got after using the eraser is still problematic, but we’re heading in the right direction, as you can see

Part 4

Save this image. Then exit and select it from your gallery again. Note the male/female interface selector at the top right again. With this image, it still read male for me. That’s fine. I next went to “skin” and selected “matte” at the highest selection. This had the effect of making the obvious transition lines between different colored patches of skin on the face pretty much disappear.

Then I went to the “gender” function. As. The interface is on male, there are two options for switching the gender, female 1 and female 2. Each has its merits, and each also required some selective erasing to produce an image I felt was acceptable. I ended up applying female2 and saving it. Then I exited and selected the image I had just saved, which appears below

Lying that her/my skin still had noticeable lines, I went back to skin and applied matte at the lowest setting. This seemed to do the trick, but also made she/I look a little washed out. There is a little box marked with a check just above and off to the left of the options within the skin function (it appears in other functions too. By clicking it, you can apply more than me option at a time. Here, I gave us a little bit of a tan, choosing the lowest setting of 1. Then I added “glow” at #2, because people have been saying I’m glowing since early in my pregnancy ;-)

I then went through the other functions, trying them on for size. One that I particularly often find usual is the “cute” option under the impressions function. Many of the other options here tend to give an unnatural and sometimes almost creepy effect, but cute seems to a;most always work a believable, if often subtle magic.

The makeup function often leads to garish results, but I’ve found number 3 on the lowest setting to be frequently tasteful. The three different young options are worth exp,Irving as well, although somewhere along the line, the AI seems to have sometimes gotten “young” and “Asian” mixed up.

Really, the thing is to experiment and see what works for you.

I don’t know if this will be informative or helpful to many people, but since I’ve been asked in dms about it, I thought I’d share.
