I am going away for a week to some where in Europe I wonder where the best place to find pregnant women are?

Poland or Italy. Anywhere with a high Catholic population, really.

I have a friend that lives in Italy. He told me that pregnant women are nearly impossible to find there because they are not as openly revealing about showing off their bumps as women in other countries do. Pregnant women in Italy stay hidden as best they can and go out only when they need to. My friend told me he was at the hospital for a check-up when he spotted a preggo who was there for one of her routine pregnancy exams. He overheard her tell a nurse she was 8 months. 

Looking for pregnant women in Italy will require persistence and being at the right place at the right time.

Have you got any recommendations for places to go to?

Poland right now has a serious problem with its demographics and I barely see any pregnant women ever. At least definitely not as many as I did a few years ago. Plus there's the pandemic to take into account which still has a profound effect on our lives even though lockdowns are long over. Many people would rather stay at home then go for a walk, especially in the cold seasons.

Unfortunately, I haven't been to Europe however based on what I know here in the US there is no "best place" outside of a maternity clinic to find pregnant women because it literally comes down to being at the right location at the right time. Encountering pregnant women in the wild is a rare occurrence at best no matter what part of the world you happen to be in excluding Colombia because that place is a pure breeding ground.
