Race will depend on how it got generated, though I did notice that the lying down did seem to favor a particular look. After reading your message I did re-run things to check, and the below was the only result for black girls after about 15 minutes of trying. I assume that something in the prompt causes the bias, but could also be due to the positioning and available training data.

Overall, if you don't mind, I'd rather not focus on race and rather focus on whether something comes out looking good.

I will try the sci-fi / medieval but cosplay won't work unless I am able to describe the outfit rather than naming it.

The above was indeed created by through Adobe Firefly!  Was starting to wonder how long before someone would work it out. Though there is also the part where Adobe may not exactly appreciate this particular use for it even though its not exactly censored. I do hope that someone won't go and tell them now.

As for local creations, some of the newer Realistic SDXL models on available Civtai do produce similar quality but firefly seems to do better on faces. 

For everyone else, Adobe Firefly comes with most of their product subscriptions, but I can't make heads or tails of their Firefly credit system yet and I don't know if unlimited (but slower generations) are available for most plans or just the all apps plan.
