Yes to both.

Some probably do, but I'd assume many of us just appreciate the Pregnant form, for various reasons. For some it might be the shape, for some the feeling of closeness a pregnancy can provide - that you and your partner made something together. For others it can be a dominance thing - seeing your partners body change because of what *you* did to it. For some it might just be instinctual - the primal need to reproduce. Lots of potential reasons to be attracted to it.

As a man on the site, I definitely fantasize being pregnant myself. It's kind of at the root of this fetish for me.

Roleplaying creeps me out, but I don't think I'm in a position to be handing out judgement. I just like seeing pregnant women, but actually getting one pregnant to see it for myself terrifies me, so porn it is!
